Quelle est alors sa vraie famille\u00a0? Sa famille de profession et de loyaut\u00e9\u00a0? Ou sa famille de sang et de c\u0153ur\u00a0? Ce bouledogue rus\u00e9 au regard torve et \u00e0 la voix bris\u00e9e devra naviguer \u00e0 vue dans la folie grandissante de ce monde qui est sur le point de basculer dans la guerre civile entre familles rivales.<\/p><p>Quelque part entre l\u2019explosivit\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0Gangs of London\u00a0\u00bb et le ton de \u00ab\u00a0The Gentlemen\u00a0\u00bb, cette s\u00e9rie cr\u00e9\u00e9e &amp; \u00e9crite par Ronan Benett et produite &amp; r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Guy Ritchie offre un divertissement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi, violent et brutal, parcouru d\u2019un savoureux humour noir. En somme un pur produit Guy Ritchie autant dans le visuel que la narration \u2013 lui qui peine derni\u00e8rement \u00e0 signer des films r\u00e9ussis, semble plus s\u2019\u00e9panouir du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du petit \u00e9cran. Avec sa tension constante, son rythme ultra-prenant et son concept autour d\u2019un protagoniste assez original, \u00ab\u00a0Mobland\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019inscrit parfaitement dans le cr\u00e9do que semble adopter la plateforme <em>Paramount+<\/em> pour ses s\u00e9ries. La dimension addictive \u00e9tant \u00e0 nouveau au rendez-vous dans un r\u00e9cit qui semble effectivement s\u2019inscrire dans une formule, mais force est de constater que c\u2019est une recette qui fonctionne haut la main. Bien que peut-\u00eatre moins atypique que \u00ab\u00a0Mayor of Kingstown\u00a0\u00bb dans son concept initial, cette nouvelle s\u00e9rie s\u2019av\u00e8re captivante par la qualit\u00e9 de sa r\u00e9alisation et de son interpr\u00e9tation avec un Pierce Brosnan et une Helen Mirren qui s\u2019en donnent \u00e0 c\u0153ur joie dans un surjeu de parrain mafieux aux forts accents irlandais, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s notamment de Geoff Bell, Mandeep Dhillon, Joanne Froggatt et Paddy Considine.<\/p><p>Entre jeux de dupes, ambivalences des personnages et r\u00e9pliques percutantes tout s\u2019encha\u00eene superbement dans un suspense efficace. This cunning bulldog with a sinister gaze and a raspy voice will have to make his way through the growing madness of a world on the brink of civil war between rival families.<\/p><p>Somewhere between the explosive energy of \u201cGangs of London\u201d and the tone of \u201cThe Gentlemen\u201d, this series \u2013 created &amp; written by Ronan Bennett &amp; produced and directed by Guy Ritchie \u2013 offers highly entertaining, violent, and brutal viewing, filled with delightful dark humor. In short, it\u2019s a quintessential Guy Ritchie production, both visually and narratively \u2013 a director who, having struggled lately to deliver successful films, seems to be thriving more on the small screen. With its constant tension, ultra-gripping pace, and concept centered on a rather original protagonist, \u201cMobland\u201d fits perfectly with the approach that the <em>Paramount+<\/em> streaming platform seems to be taking with its series. It is once again highly addictive, with a narrative that does indeed seem to follow a formula, but it\u2019s clear that this is a successful one. Although perhaps less unconventional than \u201cMayor of Kingstown\u201d in its initial concept, this new series proves captivating thanks to the quality of its direction and performances, with Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren having a blast in their over-the-top portrayals of a mafia crime boss with a thick Irish accent, alongside Geoff Bell, Mandeep Dhillon, Joanne Froggatt, and Paddy Considine.<\/p><p>Between mind games, the characters\u2019 ambivalence, and sharp dialogue, everything flows superbly into an engaging thriller. To put it simply, while the story doesn\u2019t exactly break new ground in the genre, its multiple intertwining plotlines that constantly raise the stakes, create a particularly gripping and exciting
