Quelque part, on sait \u00e0 quoi s\u2019attendre, mais c\u2019est une formule efficace\u00a0: compos\u00e9e de menaces, surprises, humour pince-sans-rire et <em>punchlines<\/em> aussi imposantes que son protagoniste, c\u2019est une recette certes pr\u00e9visible aux dialogues soit tr\u00e8s fanfaronnant soit tr\u00e8s explicatifs autour de personnages aux traits de caract\u00e8res un peu gros et d\u2019une infinie vague de combattants anonymes \u00e0 chaque chapitre, mais qui offre n\u00e9anmoins une intrigue prenante au gr\u00e9 d\u2019un suspense d\u2019enqu\u00eate et d\u2019action quasi constant \u2013 ici autour d\u2019un secret politique et militaire am\u00e9ricain en lien avec le pass\u00e9 indon\u00e9sien. Cette quatri\u00e8me saison s\u2019impose comme celle de l\u2019\u00e9vasion et de la poursuite et introduit quelques changements dans son sch\u00e9ma narratif \u2013 notamment au niveau du personnage f\u00e9minin habituel, ainsi qu\u2019autour des flash-backs r\u00e9currents dans les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes saisons, et cette fois absents de la trame. In a way, you know what to expect, but it\u2019s an effective formula: a mix of threats, surprises, dry humor, and punchlines as imposing as its protagonist. It&rsquo;s a formula that&rsquo;s certainly predictable, with dialogue that&rsquo;s either very showy or very explanatory, centered on characters with somewhat heavy-handed traits and an endless wave of anonymous goons at every corner, yet it still delivers a gripping plot driven by nearly constant investigation and action suspense \u2013 here revolving around an American political and military secret linked to Indonesia&rsquo;s past. This fourth season stands out as one of escape and pursuit and introduces a few changes to its narrative, particularly regarding the usual female character, as well as the recurring flashbacks from previous seasons, which are absent from the plot this time around.
