La tension monte puis la situation d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re dans un chaos qui tourne au drame. S\u2019ensuit alors l\u2019enqu\u00eate de la police des polices qui s\u2019av\u00e8rera bien plus large que pr\u00e9vue \u2026<\/p><p>C\u2019est d\u2019abord l\u2019histoire d\u2019une enqu\u00eate de responsabilit\u00e9s du plus jeune policier \u00e0 son chef en passant par le juge qui fait appliquer la loi quand d\u2019autres auraient peut-\u00eatre report\u00e9 cette expulsion. Les affaires internes passent cette affaire au crible au point d\u2019en d\u00e9couvrir une ampleur inattendue. Mais au final dans l\u2019intrigue, cette enqu\u00eate importe moins que le portrait de ses personnages \u00e0 mesure que la trame alterne entre l\u2019enqu\u00eatrice \u2013 dont le d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 une cause juste est extr\u00eamement bien illustr\u00e9 d\u00e8s la sc\u00e8ne d\u2019introduction de la s\u00e9rie au cours d\u2019une partie de <em>Trivial Pursuit<\/em> en famille \u2013 et les six policiers impliqu\u00e9s en explorant les cons\u00e9quences intimes de cette affaire sur leur quotidien et leur famille \u00e0 travers des difficult\u00e9s personnelles, financi\u00e8res et psychologiques. \u00ab\u00a0Antidisturbios\u00a0\u00bb prend ainsi \u00e0 la fois le temps de montrer l\u2019ampleur du processus de pr\u00e9paration des dossiers de justice, tout en dressant un portrait particuli\u00e8rement humain de l\u2019ensemble de ses personnages dans une vraie progression morale qui les voit tous \u00e9voluer.<\/p><p>Cette ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 morale, r\u00e9currente dans la filmographie de Rodrigo Sorogoyen, nous questionne ainsi tout au long de ce formidable polar social. Premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie du cin\u00e9aste espagnol derri\u00e8re le polar trouble \u00ab\u00a0Que Dios nos perdone\u00a0\u00bb, le thriller politique \u00ab\u00a0El Reino\u00a0\u00bb, le drame intimiste \u00ab\u00a0Madre\u00a0\u00bb, le western pyr\u00e9n\u00e9en \u00ab\u00a0As Bestas\u00a0\u00bb ou encore le portrait d\u2019absence \u00ab\u00a0El Ser Querido\u00a0\u00bb, qu\u2019il co-cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec sa fid\u00e8le sc\u00e9nariste Isabel Pe\u00f1a, \u00ab\u00a0Antidisturbios\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019impose comme un m\u00e9lange de r\u00e9alisme social, de suspense plein de tension et de critique politique virulente. Mais Pe\u00f1a et Sorogoyen ne tombent pas dans le manich\u00e9isme et montrent la police comme un corps travers\u00e9 par de multiples enjeux et tensions, et des CRS qui font un m\u00e9tier ingrat m\u00e9pris\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et pourtant indispensable. Les cin\u00e9astes ne nous demandent pas de pardonner l\u2019impardonnable mais bien de percevoir les ficelles d\u2019un plus grand jeu, car \u00ab\u00a0Antidisturbios\u00a0\u00bb parle aussi de corruption dans sa seconde partie. Cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, nuances et subtilit\u00e9s sont ici les ma\u00eetres-mots d\u2019un sc\u00e9nario intelligent qui aborde des th\u00e9matiques br\u00fblantes, \u00e0 commencer par les violences polici\u00e8res bien-s\u00fbr, mais aussi de mani\u00e8re sous-jacente l\u2019immigration, et de mani\u00e8re plus large un syst\u00e8me en crise.<\/p><p>Port\u00e9e par les superbes performances de Victoria Luengo, Hovik Keuchkerian, \u00c1lex Garc\u00eda et Ra\u00fal Ar\u00e9valo notamment, la s\u00e9rie offre une enqu\u00eate, des personnages et une mise en sc\u00e8ne de qualit\u00e9 (dont un superbe plan-s\u00e9quence de tension au restaurent). This is followed by an internal police investigation that turns out to be much more extensive than anticipated\u2026<\/p><p>First and foremost, this is the story of an investigation into who is responsible \u2013 from the youngest police officer to his chief, including the judge who enforces the law when others might have postponed the eviction. Internal Affairs scrutinizes this case so thoroughly that they uncover an unexpected scope to it. But ultimately, in the plot, this investigation matters less than the portrayal of its characters as the narrative alternates between the investigator \u2013 whose dedication to a just cause is extremely well illustrated from the series\u2019 opening scene during a family game of <em>Trivial Pursuit<\/em> \u2013 and the six police officers involved, exploring the intimate consequences of this case on their daily lives and families through personal, financial, and psychological struggles. \u201cAntidisturbios\u201d thus takes the time to show the scope of the process involved in preparing legal cases, while also painting a particularly human portrait of all its characters through a genuine moral arc that sees them all grow and evolve.<\/p><p>This moral ambiguity, a recurring theme in Rodrigo Sorogoyen\u2019s filmography, keeps us questioning throughout this remarkable social thriller. This is the Spanish filmmaker\u2019s first series, following the unsettling crime mystery \u201cQue Dios nos perdone,\u201d the political thriller \u201cEl Reino,\u201d the intimate drama \u201cMadre,\u201d the Pyrenean western \u201cAs Bestas,\u201d and the study of absence \u201cEl Ser Querido,\u201d which he co-created with his longtime screenwriter Isabel Pe\u00f1a. \u201cAntidisturbios\u201d stands out as a blend of social realism, high-tension suspense, and scathing political criticism. The miniseries (6 episodes) explores \u2013 as is often the case in their films \u2013 the violence that erupts from the everyday and the mundane, featuring characters constantly on the verge of snapping.<\/p><p>It would be tempting either to dehumanize law enforcement or, conversely, to absolve them of responsibility. But Pe\u00f1a and Sorogoyen avoid falling into black-and-white thinking and portray the police as a force grappling with multiple challenges and tensions, and the riot police as people doing a thankless job that is despised by society yet indispensable. The filmmakers aren\u2019t asking us to forgive the unforgivable, but rather to see the threads of a larger game, because \u201cAntidisturbios\u201d also addresses corruption in its second half. Credibility, nuance, and subtlety are the hallmarks of an intelligent screenplay that tackles pressing issues \u2013 starting, of course, with police violence, but also, on a deeper level, immigration, and, more generally, a system in crisis.<\/p><p>Driven by the superb performances of Victoria Luengo, Hovik Keuchkerian, \u00c1lex Garc\u00eda, and Ra\u00fal Ar\u00e9valo, among others, the series offers a compelling investigation, well-developed characters, and high-quality direction (including a superb, tension-filled long take at the restaurant). Asuntos Internos examina este caso con lupa hasta descubrir un alcance inesperado. Primera serie del cineasta espa\u00f1ol tras el oscuro polar \u00abQue Dios nos perdone\u00bb, el thriller pol\u00edtico \u00abEl Reino\u00bb, el drama intimista \u00abMadre\u00bb, el western pirenaico \u00abAs Bestas\u00bb o el retrato de la ausencia \u00abEl Ser Querido\u00bb, que co-cre\u00f3 con su fiel guionista Isabel Pe\u00f1a, \u00abAntidisturbios\u00bb se impone como una mezcla de realismo social, suspense cargado de tensi\u00f3n y cr\u00edtica pol\u00edtica virulenta. La miniserie (6 episodios) explora, como suele ocurrir en sus pel\u00edculas, la violencia que surge de lo cotidiano y lo banal, poniendo en escena a personajes que se encuentran constantemente al borde de la explosi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Podr\u00eda ser f\u00e1cil deshumanizar a las fuerzas del orden o, por el contrario, eximirlas de toda responsabilidad. Pero Pe\u00f1a y Sorogoyen no caen en el manique\u00edsmo y muestran a la polic\u00eda como un cuerpo atravesado por m\u00faltiples retos y tensiones, y a los antidisturbios como personas que ejercen un oficio ingrato, despreciado por la sociedad y, sin embargo, indispensable. Los cineastas no nos piden que perdonemos lo imperdonable, sino que percibamos los hilos de un juego m\u00e1s amplio, ya que \u00abAntidisturbios\u00bb tambi\u00e9n aborda la corrupci\u00f3n en su segunda parte. Credibilidad, matices y sutilezas son aqu\u00ed las palabras clave de un guion inteligente que aborda temas candentes, empezando, por supuesto, por la violencia policial, pero tambi\u00e9n, de forma subyacente, la inmigraci\u00f3n y, en un sentido m\u00e1s amplio, un sistema en crisis<\/p><p>Gracias a las magn\u00edficas interpretaciones de Victoria Luengo, Hovik Keuchkerian, \u00c1lex Garc\u00eda y Ra\u00fal Ar\u00e9valo, entre otros, la serie ofrece una investigaci\u00f3n, unos personajes y una puesta en escena de gran calidad (entre los que destaca un magn\u00edfico plano secuencia lleno de tensi\u00f3n en el restaurante).
