C\u2019est simple \u00ab C\u0153urs Noirs \u00bb est une s\u00e9rie d\u2019action militaire fran\u00e7aise comme on n\u2019en a jamais fait !<\/p><p>La grande muette a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 absente du paysage audiovisuel fran\u00e7ais, mais ce manque commence \u00e0 \u00eatre combl\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la diffusion l\u2019an dernier de \u00ab Sentinelles \u00bb, une cr\u00e9ation <em>OCS<\/em> imagin\u00e9e par le p\u00e8re de \u00ab Un village fran\u00e7ais \u00bb qui suivait une unit\u00e9 de la force Barkhane au Mali. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Duong Dang-Tha\u00ef et Corinne Garfin, deux sc\u00e9naristes du \u00ab Bureau des L\u00e9gendes \u00bb, \u00ab C\u0153urs Noirs \u00bb raconte une histoire pas encore trait\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision en nous plongeant dans la guerre contre Daech et du renseignement militaire charg\u00e9 de retrouver des terroristes fran\u00e7ais.<\/p><p>Nous sommes donc en octobre 2016, \u00e0 la veille de la bataille de Mossoul en Irak, les Forces Sp\u00e9ciales cherchent \u00e0 exfiltrer la famille d\u2019un important \u00e9mir fran\u00e7ais de Daech pour le forcer \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer mais la mission va vite d\u00e9railler \u2026<\/p><p>Ultra r\u00e9aliste, incroyablement immersive et haletante de bout en bout, cette s\u00e9rie originale en France reprend un style d\u2019action tr\u00e8s am\u00e9ricain \u00e0 la \u00ab SEAL Team \u00bb mais dans un format plus condens\u00e9, un sc\u00e9nario particuli\u00e8rement cr\u00e9dible et un immense niveau de tension. L\u2019action est spectaculaire et ne nuit pas \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation de ses personnages qu\u2019elle ne cherche pas \u00e0 rendre sympathiques mais qui deviennent n\u00e9anmoins attachants y compris pour leurs d\u00e9fauts. Mais loin de se r\u00e9duire \u00e0 ses seuls combats, \u00ab C\u0153urs Noirs \u00bb dresse \u00e9galement un \u00e9tat des lieux de l\u2019environnement irakien et met aussi \u00e0 l\u2019honneur la f\u00e9minisation de l\u2019arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise. Ziad Doueiri choisit en effet une r\u00e9alisation beaucoup plus dynamique qu\u2019\u00e0 son habitude o\u00f9 il nous plonge tel un reportage au c\u0153ur du commando avec steadicam et cam\u00e9ra \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paule. Le r\u00e9alisateur libanais nomm\u00e9 aux Oscars pour son film \u00ab L\u2019insulte \u00bb et ancien assistant cam\u00e9ra sur les cinq premiers films de Quentin Tarantino signe ici une \u0153uvre moins psychologique et mise avant tout sur l\u2019intensit\u00e9 visuelle et la pr\u00e9cision avec d\u2019excellents d\u00e9cors marocains et une dimension multilingue renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 des faits.<\/p><p>Cette minutie se lit aussi dans le jeu d\u2019un casting charismatique men\u00e9 notamment par Nicolas Duvauchelle (Les Papillons Noirs), Marie Dompnier (Les t\u00e9moins) et Thierry Godard (Engrenages) offrant une belle \u00e9paisseur tragique \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe de militaires. Mais si cette s\u00e9rie sonne si juste c\u2019est aussi parce qu\u2019elle a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019aval et des conseils du 1er RPIMa ainsi que de l\u2019expertise du 13e RDP chez qui les acteurs sont pass\u00e9s faire un stage d\u2019entra\u00eenement. Et cela se sent clairement \u00e0 l\u2019image !<\/p><p>Ce thriller militaire r\u00e9ussit donc \u00e0 montrer la qualit\u00e9 de nos forces sp\u00e9ciales au gr\u00e9 d\u2019op\u00e9rations tendues et de batailles saisissantes qui nous font saliver pour la saison 2. It&rsquo;s quite simple, \u201cC\u0153urs Noirs\u201d is a French military action show like no other!<\/p><p>The French army has long been absent from the French entertainment landscape, but this void is beginning to be filled after the start last year of \u201cSentinelles\u201d, an <em>OCS<\/em> production from the creator of \u201cUn village fran\u00e7ais\u201d, which followed a squad of the Barkhane force in Mali. Created by Duong Dang-Tha\u00ef and Corinne Garfin, two scriptwriters from \u201cThe Bureau\u201d, \u201cC\u0153urs Noirs\u201d (literally \u201cBlack Hearts\u201d) tells a story not yet addressed on television by throwing us into the war against ISIS and military intelligence tasked with finding French terrorists.<\/p><p>It is October 2016, on the eve of the battle of Mosul in Iraq, the Special Forces seek to exfiltrate the family of an important French emir of ISIS to make him cooperate, but the mission will quickly derail &#8230;<\/p><p>Highly realistic, incredibly immersive and breathtaking from start to finish, this original French series uses a very American style of action, much like the \u201cSEAL Team\u201d, but in a more condensed format, with a particularly plausible script and a tremendous level of tension. The action is spectacular and does not harm the characterization of its characters, whom it does not try to make likeable but who nevertheless become endearing even for their flaws. But far from being reduced only to its battles, \u201cC\u0153urs Noirs\u201d also provides a picture of the Iraqi situation and also highlights the feminization of the French army. Ziad Doueiri indeed chooses a much more dynamic direction than usual where he takes us in the manner of a documentary at the heart of the commando team, with Steadicam and hand-held camera. The Lebanese director, nominated for an Oscar for his film \u201cThe Insult\u201d and former camera assistant on Quentin Tarantino&rsquo;s first five movies, delivers here a less psychological piece and relies above all on visual intensity and precision with excellent Moroccan locations and a multilingual dimension strengthening the authenticity of the facts.<\/p><p>This attention to detail can also be seen in the performance of a charismatic cast led by Nicolas Duvauchelle (Les Papillons Noirs), Marie Dompnier (Les t\u00e9moins) and Thierry Godard (Spiral), who give our team of soldiers a nice tragic depth.
